Redlight is a technology platform only.

We are NOT:

• —A music label
• —A publisher
• —A distributor
• —A financial institution
• —A broker or marketplace intermediary

All activity is user-to-user.

• —All content is user-generated
• —Redlight does not verify ownership or legality
• —We are not liable for infringement, fraud, or disputes

All disputes are between users.

• —Transactions are permanent and irreversible
• —Redlight does not control blockchain networks
• —You assume all crypto-related risks

• —MP9 is a utility token
• —No guarantees of profit or financial return
• —No investment promises are made

• —All disputes resolved via binding arbitration (New Mexico)
• —You waive your right to jury trial
• —You waive class action participation

To protect the Platform and its users, you agree that:

• —Redlight may request identity verification (KYC) at any time
• —You may be required to provide: government-issued ID, wallet ownership verification, transaction history (if needed)

Redlight reserves the right to:

• —Restrict or suspend accounts that fail verification
• —Link wallet activity to user identity where legally required
• —Share information with law enforcement, regulators, or exchanges in cases of fraud or illegal conduct

You agree that:

• —Use of the Platform is not anonymous in cases of abuse or legal investigation
• —Redlight may take all steps necessary to identify bad actors

• —Blockchain activity is fully traceable
• —Redlight may track funds across wallets and chains
• —Funds may be followed to centralized exchanges and exit points

Redlight may:

• —Work with exchanges and law enforcement
• —Provide transaction data
• —Pursue recovery of funds

As an Artist, you agree:

• —You own or have licensed ALL rights to your content
• —You are 100% legally responsible for what you upload
• —You assume ALL liability for: copyright infringement, unauthorized samples, stolen beats or recordings

Redlight has zero responsibility for your content.

You agree to:

• —Defend and indemnify Redlight from ALL claims
• —Cover damages, legal fees, and settlements

This includes:

• —Copyright lawsuits
• —Licensing disputes
• —Fraud claims

When you mint content:

• —You may set royalty percentages for secondary sales
• —These royalties are enforced via smart contracts where supported

However:

• —Redlight does not guarantee royalty enforcement across all marketplaces or chains
• —Redlight is not responsible for royalty bypass, off-platform sales, or third-party marketplace behavior

You acknowledge:

• —NFTs may be transferred outside the Platform
• —Royalty enforcement depends on external systems

Redlight:

• —Does not control secondary markets
• —Does not guarantee royalty payments
• —Is not liable for lost royalty revenue

Redlight may:

• —Remove your content at any time
• —Suspend your account
• —Terminate access without notice

Especially in cases of: copyright claims, fraud, or legal risk.

By purchasing content or NFTs:

• —You understand all content is user-generated
• —Redlight does not verify ownership or legality
• —You assume full risk of your purchase

You agree that:

• —Redlight is not liable for infringing or unauthorized content
• —You waive any right to sue or bring claims against Redlight
• —You will not hold Redlight responsible for copyright disputes, ownership issues, or financial losses

You are responsible for:

• —Verifying the artist
• —Researching legitimacy
• —Only purchasing from trusted sources

All purchases are made at your own risk.

Redlight complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

We may:

• —Remove content
• —Suspend repeat offenders
• —Forward notices

The Platform may offer AI-powered tools (such as the AI Art Studio) that allow you to generate content, including images, artwork, and other media.

By creating, uploading, minting, or sharing AI-generated content on the Platform, you agree:

• —Redlight is NOT responsible for any copyright infringement that may arise from AI creations
• —AI tools may produce output that resembles existing works — you are responsible for checking before publishing, minting, or selling
• —You assume ALL liability for AI-generated content you publish, exactly as with any other content
• —You will defend and indemnify Redlight from any claims arising from AI-created content you post

Redlight does not screen AI outputs and provides no guarantee that AI creations are original or non-infringing.

Platform is provided "as is." No guarantees of accuracy, security, or availability.

Redlight is not liable for:

• —Financial loss
• —Data loss
• —NFT value loss
• —User disputes
